What is the service area for Classic Rents?
Primarily the tri-county area; however we will deliver anywhere. There may be a delivery charge depending upon the location.

What surfaces can a tent be set-up on?
Almost any surface is possible (grass, asphalt or concrete)

What are your terms?
Generally 50% upon signing of the contract and the balance is due upon delivery. Check, cash, visa or mastercard is accepted.

When do I place the order?
When you know the quantity of the equipment you need. It is never too early to place the order.

What size tent do I need?
For basic seating, allow approximately eight square feet per person. For example, a 20x20 tent has 400 square feet divided by eight yields fifty people. Remember to allow additional space for a food table, dance floor, etc.

How much of an area do I need?
Allow approximately an additional ten feet to the size of the tent for installation i.e. a 20 x 40 tent requires an area of 30' x 50' free and clear of any wires, bushes, walls, and fences.

Can I place a tent on my driveway?
Yes. Typically a frame tent is required for all driveway installations. In determining the length of the driveway area, measure from the garage door to the nearest side of the sidewalk (tent must not extend past the public sidewalk).

What is a frame tent?
Frame tents are “self standing tents”. They are constructed of heavy duty extruded aluminum tubing with the vinyl top place over it. From the outside they are similar to a pole tent. Frame tents are typically placed on driveways, concrete, asphalt, and areas which do not meet the specifications for a pole tent. Pole tents rely on the stakes/guy ropes and require a greater area for installation.

I am not sure if a tent will fit in my yard. Will someone come out to see what size will fit?

Do you deliver anywhere?
Yes. There may be a delivery charge depending upon location.

When does Classic Rents deliver the equipment?
Typically we deliver the day before the party and pick up the day after the party. Arrangements will be made approximately five days prior to your party.

Does Classic Rents set everything up?
We set the tent up only. The rest of the equipment will be placed under the tent. At the customer's request, the equipment will be set up for an additional service fee.
